Mike Radlovic, Co-Founder and
Chief Executive Officer
Mike Radlovic brings with him over 25 years of business and financial management experience. His background includes roles as a Senior Consultant at Grubb and Ellis and co-founder of Applied Process Technologies. Currently, Mr. Radlovic is president of Century Capital, LLC, an investment banking firm.
Since 1999, he has served on the board of the State of California School Involvement Fair, 48th District, as an appointee of the Governor of California. He is also a graduate of Saddleback College in Mission Viejo and the University of California Irvine.
Jerome Svigals, Co-Founder and Manager,
Information Services
An internationally recognized authority on Smart Card technology, Jerome Svigals is generally regarded as the "father of the magnetic stripe card." Before dedicating his considerable expertise to the establishment of TranStar®, Mr. Svigals spent 33 years at IBM, where he was systems manager for one third of the IBM world. He has been a contributor multiple patents. A leading authority in his industry, Mr. Svigals has authored more than eighteen books on electronic banking and future planning and has been named one of American Banker’s Top 25 Banking consultants.
Timothy Stewart, Executive Vice President
Timothy Stewart was most recently president of Mondex International Americas, the American subsidiary of MXE, an industry leader in Smart Card technology in the UK. Previously, he served as the corporate Strategy and Development Director at AT&T and General Manager of Business Research and Auditing, Manager of Economic Analysis and as a member of the technical staff at Bell Telephone Laboratories.
Lynne Saunders, Chief Operating Officer
Prior to joining TranStar®, Mr. Saunders was the founder and CEO of Martin, Lindsey Scott Corporation, a business development and financial consulting firm which, under his leadership, pioneered the non-institutional ACH processing for bill payment and merchant POS check processing. He was also a principal, COO and CFO of Keegan Management Company and owned and operated 17 Nutri Systems Weight Loss Centers Franchises in the San Francisco area. His extensive day-to-day operational and financial experience, as well as his diverse business background, gives Mr. Saunders a unique insight into the challenges that business owners face every day.
Mari D. Toshiro, Vice President, Client Services
Gary Blum, Esq.
Specializing in the legal and transactional aspects of business development, Mr. Blum has extensive experience in corporate and securities law. Before joining TranStar®, he established a private law practice and helped grow and develop several successful corporations. Mr. Blum received an MBA and JD from University of Southern California in 1978. |
